CALL FOR PAPERS

Chinese Conference on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control (CCSICC) is an annual event, which is also one of the leading events in autonomous decision-making, cooperative guidance and control. It provides a forum for scientists and engineers over the world to present their new theoretical results and techniques in the fields of swarm intelligence and cooperative control,etc. The conference consists of plenary talks, invited sessions, oral sessions and poster sessions for academic exchanges.

The conference papers in English presented at the CCSICC 2025 will be published by Springer-Nature in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (indexed by EI-Compendex). Excellent English papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journals such as “Chinese Journal of Aeronautics” and “SCIENTIA SINICA Informationis”. Excellent Chinese papers will be published by some famous journals (including "Journal of Command and Control", "Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica","SCIENTIA SINICA Informationis", “Journal of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics ”,”Advances in Aerospace Science and Technology”,"Aero Weaponry ","Journal of System Simulation", " Navigation Positioning and Timing", " Modern Defense Technology ", etc.).

CCSICC 2025 is hosted by the China Institute of Command and Control (CICC) and co-organized by multiple prestigious institutions including the Specialized Committee on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control of CICC, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University, the 17th Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation's Fourth Academy, Shanghai Electro-Mechanical Engineering Institute, Beihang University, Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, and several National Key Laboratories (Marine Science and Delimitation, Information Systems Engineering, Aircraft Integrated Control, Automatic Target Recognition Shanghai), along with Siyuan Alliance for Collaborative Innovation in Artificial Intelligence, key laboratories under the Ministry of Education and MIIT, and the Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy Computing. We warmly invite proposals for organizing Special Sessions (accepting submissions in Chinese or English) and welcome researchers worldwide to contribute papers and participate in this event.
