Chinese Conference on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control (CCSICC) is an annual event, which is also one of the leading events in autonomous decision-making, cooperative guidance and control. It provides a forum for scientists and engineers over the world to present their new theoretical results and techniques in the fields of swarm intelligence and cooperative control,etc. The conference consists of plenary talks, invited sessions, oral sessions and poster sessions for academic exchanges.

The conference papers in English presented at the CCSICC 2023 will be published by Springer-Nature in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (indexed by EI-Compendex). Excellent English papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journals such as “Chinese Journal of Aeronautics” and “SCIENTIA SINICA Informationis”. Excellent Chinese papers will be published by some famous journals (including "Journal of Command and Control", "Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica","SCIENTIA SINICA Informationis", “Journal of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics ”,”Advances in Aerospace Science and Technology”,"Aero Weaponry ","Journal of System Simulation", " Navigation Positioning and Timing", " Modern Defense Technology ", etc.).

CCSICC 2023 will be held in NanJing on November 24-27, 2023, following the successes of previous six  events. It is sponsored by Chinese Institute of Command and Control. CCSICC 2023 is organized by Naniing Universitv of Posts ancTelecommunications, Technical Committee on Swarm Intelligence and Cooperative Control of CICC, Swarm Intelligent Control Joint Laboratory by Beijing Institute of Electronic System Engineering and Beihang University, Aerospace Defense Innovation Center, School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering in Beihang University, Institute of Artificial Intelligence in Beihang University, Science and Technology on Aircraft Control Laboratory, Science and Technology on Special System Simulation Laboratory, State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing System Technology, and Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Big Data and Brain Computing in Beihang University.
